These are the official Terms and Conditions of Use for Raw Image Studios located at Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada, herein known and referenced as “Company,” “Our,” “We,” and “Us.”
Our email is [email protected] “You” and “Your” refers to users of this Company’s website, communications, offerings and related materials, herein known as “Offering.”
I agree to in the International Women's Day group shoot of my own free will. I have been neither threatened or coerced and agree that I can withdraw or leave at any time. I acknowledge that if I participate in an image, that my likeness will remain in said image and I will not be able to change or withdraw my consent in regards to an image I am present in.
Attitude/Behavior: I understand the IWD photo shoot is open to all women and non-binary folks interested in participating. Raw Image Studios and Lesley Stedmon reserves the right to cancel or stop the session at any time due to rude/inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or language. By signing these terms and conditions, you agree to be considerate and respectful to all shoot participants and not share the shoot location with any member who is not in agreement with the above.
Limit of Liability: In the unlikely event that the photographer Lesley Stedmon is injured or becomes too ill to photograph the event, Captured essence photography will make every effort to secure a replacement date. Raw Image Studios takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, storage and processing the photographs.
Raw Image Studios is not responsible or liable for any damage or injury to persons or property, the property owners, photographer and other participants
